First time visiting. I give an 8 food was tasty smalls but tasty. I will be back.
This place has been on my list but haven't had a chance to try until now. We got the Castaway Combo, and added quail eggs and extra corn and got the OG Crab n Spice sauce in medium heat. This was actually pretty decent heat, just the extra sauce at the bottom so mix it up pretty well before you put it in the pan. The seasoning was actually quite good, especially considering that they don’t use fresh garlic. The flavors were well balanced and enjoyable, although I felt the shrimp itself was a bit bland and could have used more seasoning. The service was okay overall—nothing particularly bad, but it wasn’t especially memorable or attentive either.

Crab N Spice Carson is the best place for an all-you-can-eat Cajun boil, described as an absolute must-visit and the best in the south bay. The food is incredibly delicious and really good, with perfectly cooked seafood in a rich, flavorful sauce with the right amount of kick. It offers great value and is affordable, providing a great value for the quality and variety. The service is prompt, fantastic, very nice, fast, awesome, attentive, helpful, and on point. The atmosphere is perfect for a messy, fun meal with a really great vibe. The only negative mentioned is that there are one too many tables in the restaurant. Many reviewers state they would come back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this place.
