“I absolutely love coming here for funnel cakes! My favorite is the Strawberry Sundae, with fresh strawberries and a scoop of creamy vanilla ice cream on top—it is just heavenly. The portions are large, so I usually share with friends since it is hard to finish alone. Next time, I am excited to try one of the chocolate options.

The staff is always kind, and the place is clean and well-kept, which makes the visit even more enjoyable. Nonetheless that’s probably the way you knew it’s legit as the store didn’t even come in gorgeous presentation or whatsoever. Just simple showcases and an attendant, with cash-only payment.

Nothing looked fancy, but abundant options of both mochi and manju. If you’re not familiar, prolly simplest way to differentiate is mochi comes in chewy texture while manju is more soft bread-alike. The filling they offered varied from red bean, white bean, even black one! I got their Kinako Mochi filled with black bean and covered in soy bean powder. One bite and WOW IT WAS BOMB! So good and totally cured my craving for the ones I had in Japan. I could totally tell the quality was stellar and it’s fully stuffed with luscious filling making the price tag paid certainly worth.“

“Recieved some for Valentine’s Day two large boxes & they wee gone in 12 hours & there are only 4 of us & we don’t eat a lot of sugary foods! They were actually delicious! I was pleasantly surprised! And when I read the ingredients, I was even more impressed because I didn’t see to many seed oils ie. Vegetable oils or any other toxic ingredients. I will definitely make this my go to place for birthdays and holidays, especially because they don’t use seed oils in place of butter (they had a few cookies containing some seed oils for frosting) but overall ingredients were quite good!

For an ice cream lover, I would have to say there is a good balance of overrun and fat content. The structure has a good, solid mouth feel without too much compactness. I especially like how their chocolate flavors give a sense of cocoa and not just commercial sugary chocolate. Seasonal flavors also fall in line with the same attention to detail.

“Great food. Funnel cakes. Churros. All fire. They have everything fresh and fresh made. Their ingridients are high quality from mexico. Very good. I tried the churros two days back to back couldn't get enough because it tasted so healthy. Not so sugary even tho it has strawberry syrup and lechera and all that surgery stuff. It was great. You can asd has fruits like Mango,strawberries,blueberries,banana to your churros and funnel cakes and ice cream as well all delicious . I would recommend anyone trying to hit a churro spot that taste like organic right here. Fire. It's not vegan tho. It just fesh products with less processing stuff really top notch high quality. “My quest for vegan churros has ended in this quaint churro spot in South Gate. I’ve driven many times down Santa Ana and not seen this place - 4 months has this establishment has been open and it is now my spot for churros and horchata coffee. The lady is nice and welcoming . She made fresh churros for me and the taste was unforgettable. The fact they’re vegan makes it even more delicious. I’ll be back for more and more.“

“I LOVE this cute little cozy place! SOMISOMI is such a unique ice cream chain that makes their ice cream with such care and the quality is amazing. The cherry on top is the amazing tayaki that goes on the icecream that you can treat yourself to (I recommend the nutella filling) Also props to placing this area in the del amo mall me and my family love this place and we go here all the time! I got the usual order of Ube and banana (You can choose two flavors!) With Nutella tayaki and a cute little macaroon that gives it that amazing style!“

For example; they have one sign that says Buniness when it's supposed to Business.... and there are multiple other that are written in fractured English..“
