Yesterday I had an unsatisfactory experience with my order I was left feeling very disappointed and felt I would no longer go to Wingstop due to the unsatisfactory experience.
I spoke to Cynthia the assistant manager today and I'm very happy with the conversation we had and she went above and beyond to make it right.

“The wings here are delicious and perfectly cooked – definitely a highlight! However, be aware that the order-taking process can be problematic. My order was taken incorrectly, and I was charged significantly more than the advertised prices. I understand that the employees might be stressed and focused on cooking and online orders, but it definitely impacts the in-store experience.
To improve efficiency and accuracy, I'd highly recommend that the store consider installing self-service ordering machines. This would likely reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction.“
