“This is the newer Greensburg, Pa location. I always like to start with the good. I paid $70 & parts we were very unhappy with. And I've been SO EXCITED TO GO HERE! The flavor of everything was great. Everything had great flavor. The sauces were good, the ranch, the seasonings... Starting off with the best thing. The cajun fried corn. I could buy that & literally just eat that. In my car, shamelessly. We got 10 & I ate 7 of them. The voodoo fries were good. They didn't have enough stuff for all of them, luckily I had gotten extra ranch & cheese so I put that on & sprinkled some Tonys on top. Some jalapenos would be a nice addition. I really hate that you can't eat there. I didn't know this until we got there. The chicken strips were so good... & while we were waiting for our food I told my husband. "I had to get some honey mustard bc you know how I feel about strips & honey mustard! I'm so excited!" Got home bc you can't eat there... & guess what I didn't have that I paid for? Honey mustard. So, I had to get some ChickFilA sauce out of my pantry. This did NOT make me happy, & it certainly was not the same. Here's the most depressing part of our experience (I'm still really miffed about the honey mustard bc I'm a condiment girl & if you're a condiment person you know that makes or breaks your meal for you if you don't have it)... The wings were pretty terrible. I'm not sure that the first thing that if someone says "Wingstop" that I should think is, "their corn is great". We got 40 wings. 20 of them came in a big metal container. They were the Korean Q... flavor good, wings bad. The wings were SO COLD & CHEWY. I live 5 min away. They didn't get cold that fast. Also, we got 10 of the Mango Habanero. Flavor was good, wings were hot. They were just so chewy! Like rubber. I spit so much of them out. They were hot, which means that the Korean ones were cold bc the other ones were still hot. I'm just not sure how to feel. I did have a big order, & plenty of people got their orders before me that ordered after me... that's fine, but my food should be hot. And it certainly shouldn't be unchewable. My favorite part is usually the skin, I love ripping off a crispy skin. These were literally rubber slathered in delicious sauce. Our Korean Q was spicier than the Habanero, too, just bc there was barely any sauce on the Habanero.“

“Damien did you outstanding job handling a customer issue and turned our household in big fans of our local wing stop. If wasn’t for Damien making sure we were taken care we would’ve been hungry and sad but david got connect with the players and was able to help things get in our favor. And food was excellent please this wing stop keep caring for your community and you will be in business for a very long time and promote Damien he’s an excellent face to ur franchise“

“Most of the wingstop locations i have been to are very mediocre, which is expected for most franchises. But this location was pretty impressive. I usually taste more grease than flavor, but here it is more flavor than grease. Staff was attentive, I was greeted and given my order very kindly. I ordered online for pick up.“

“Ordered from Uber Eats but they did not disappoint. Best wingstop fries ive had and the chickens rlly good crispy juicy flavorful too. Just one issue, please pay attention where u put ur sticker for deliveries. Yall completely missed the opening and put the whole sticker on the side so my bag was wide open for the driver.“

“Love that you can use ebt, we had ordered 2 lemon pepper chicken sandwiches and some Louisiana rubbed wings, I had never had the chicken sandwich before and let me tell you I was so pleased! The buns were so soft and fresh, the fried chicken filet was perfect juicy and tender the perfect amount of seasoning and the ranch tastes like no other I've tasted. I didn't get a chance to try any of the wings, but I'd highly recommend the lemon pepper chicken sandwich! Appreciate the great service and opportunity to share this review!“

“Giselle (name on receipt) which was the young lady that took our order was honestly the best part of our whole experience, from walking in to sitting down to leaving! It was so busy when we walked in she was on the phone taking and order and as soon as she got off she greeted us with a beautiful smile apologized for the delayed and was patiently helping me decided my order because I was being indecisive lol. Anywho we figured that out and she then asked if we were dinning in, she noticed a dirty table and said I can clean that for you and she did. Then when our food came out they didn’t make my order correctly and she offered to take it back, we aren’t difficult and didn’t want to keep waiting so I just asked for the missing ingredient on the side and she grabbed that for me. Now to the food, we got 30 bone in wings, size are good, they were too dry however, lacked sauce on my original hot, the atomic wings my bf loved definitely spicy, the mango habanero was also yummy and spicy. They skipped out on veggies gave us a big container with 5 of each celery and carrots (crazy for the size of the meal ordered). The food overall was ehh not sure it was worth the $65 for the quality. However I’ll say it again Giselle was the best part without her I would have just been annoyed at the price and the fact that my order was missing its ingredient.

Vegetarian options: Why you would go to a chicken place for vegetarian options no clue but they have celery, carrots and fries.

Parking: It’s located in a shopping center area with a lot for parking.

“I like when the wings are crispy. Last few times I had to order from this location, it was all soggy. But normally it's crispy. Just don't order too many for delivery/to-go or half the order will be soggy & mush. Allow the wings to air out and crisp.“

“I'm a little upset I ate my classic honey 🔥 bbq 😩 10pc almost two hours upon arriving home. However, they were cold and delicious. Expect significant delays on Saturday's, I received my phone order 1 hr. Upon placing it. That's was the only downfall. Thanks Wingstop 😃“

They are special going on right now.The chicken sandwich combo deal. And it's actually a deal..,for 8.00.
Anyway, they have plenty of flavors to choose from .

“Service here seems a little unorganized during the busy times.I waited 35 mins for my order which is normal I guess considering how busy they get and how many online orders they receive as well.Just seems like they're probably understaffed or need to learn how to create a faster flow during the rush hours!My order is always accurate though and the food sometimes taste different especially the fries don't seem to be as salted as before!“
