“This place was excellent! Driving down 41 and wanted to find something different to eat. This place had great burgers, tots and shakes. The service was great! Everything is made fresh so it might take a little longer. There is very limited seating.“

“After seeing Dale Yurong's review of the The Hub my wife and I decided to try it. Wow, what a treasure this place is. My cousin and son joined us and everyone loved the food. My wife had a salad which she raved about and my cousin had the tri-tip. She loved it and told me she would be coming again, with or without mee. I had the bacon cheeseburger, again after watching Dale Yurong try it and rave. Dale is right! This is the best cheeseburger I have ever had. First off, it is huge so if you order one don't go ordering a bunch of other stuff unless you are ordering to share. The buns are amazing, the pickle, onion, lettuce and whatever else is in there are fresh as can be. The pattie is made up of good quality ground beef. The cheese compliments these flavors no doubt. All of this is fine but ..... the bacon. OMG! Order this thing just for the bacon if nothing else! All these flavors come together when you take your first bite and then you just want to not stop eating it as it is just that good. If you have a partner with you, try their sweet potato fries. It will take two of you to eat them. Homemade and spectacular. Lots of seating and a nice relaxed, slightly upscale, atmosphere for a bar/restaurant out in the country. Don't get me wrong, jeans and boots are more than acceptable. I do not drink but used to. The bar looked pretty awesome for that that do partake. Lastly, the service was great and the owner stopped by a couple of times just to check on us and ensure we were enjoying our meal. WE ALL DID!!“

“Stopped here, not sure how we found it. It's a tiny place in small town central California with nice owners and good tasting diner food. We had breakfast - the house special, eggs and sausage and pancakes. All were tasty and very reasonably priced compared to many alternatives. We were glad to support a local business in these times and it was much better than any chain around.“

He takes care to remember the names of his customers and genuinely exhibits great care for a good experience. My experience has always been excellent! The food is fantastic! I travel to the area regularly from the Midwest and tell my wife the one thing I look forward to most during my trips is the Cowboy Burger. Always a delicious experience. I can not rave positively enough about this hidden gem. If you are hungry, make the trip. If you need a chill spot and good company, make the trip. “MUST EAT HERE!!!!!! One thing I am SUPER picky about is the quality of a burger I consume. Another thing I am peculiar about is the cleanliness of an eatery. Well, this place has both of those items and much more. My cheeseburger was juicy and cooked to perfection AND tasted fantastic! The establishment was super clean, the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was welcoming! Would say this eatery is an untapped gem in Easton, and the prices are very fair! We are DEFINITELY going to frequent LB's!!! It's SO worth it!!!“

“Nice hole in the wall spot off the 99 freeway. Stopped by on our road trip. Staff was really nice. They had this rib plate....and it was really good and tender. However, the enchiladas were in a different type of sauce instead of the regular red or green sauce that I'm used too. It was good but different.“
