I found this market and thus Baron's Quality Meat upon moving to Alameda. I highly recommend it. It is my go to place for natural certified meat. The quality, price and friendliness of the staff is excellent. The meat is so delicious and proportionally cut.

It's weird seeing a butcher shop setup in a small indoor market like this but it works. Prices are good and the quality of meats are good too. Their selection definitely(and quality) definitely beats the local supermarkets by a long shot. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable as well. This is a place to go to get prime cuts for a nice dinner, not value packs for a huge party.
