Solid spot for milk tea and mochi donuts ($3 each, $17 per half dozen, $33 per dozen). Ordered the hot matcha latte with almond milk and the churro flavored mochi donut. Mochi donut flavors vary or change daily. Located in a small shopping plaza with sufficient parking in front, between Habit Burger and OrangeTheory Fitness. They also use the Cash App so you can pay and earn points for your purchases here.
ordered the creme brulee milk tea with oat milk and its soooo delicious! not too sweet but tastes just like creme brulee and has burnt sugar bits. service was so friendly and fast, we rolled in like 12min before closing (had an intense sweets craving) and they still served us. thanks so much ?Dietary restrictions: they offer alternative milk options! almond, oat, soy

Top top that off, they don’t carry just a plain mochi donut, which is what I really wanted.
