We stopped on our way to San Francisco and came upon La Fortuna by accident - great tacos, a huge variety of sweet treats (perfect to take on the road) an ATM inside, fast and friendly service, and all for a great price!
Review for the Bakery only~ This is my favorite Mexican Bakery in Castroville. They make the BEST apple filled bear claws here! Lots of apple chunks and excellent pastry with plenty of icing and almonds on top. I don't even miss the almond paste. You have to get here early for these as they sell out fast. Waiting for our Vet appointment we decided to try this place. Although I frequent several places in this center I haven't gone into this bakery before.
