“Waiting for our Vet appointment we decided to try this place. Although I frequent several places in this center I haven't gone into this bakery before. Well I had no idea what anything was except the bear claws. As stated in another post no almond paste but these were AMAZING. When the gal took my tray she tipped the tray and one danish fell to the ground in front of me. She quickly told me to get another. The bag was more than half full and just under $10. I was amazed. Took them home and the entire family enjoyed everything we picked out. So much better than donuts! We will be back.“
“I bought a loaf of their sliced Sourdough at Pezzini Farms. I did baulk at the $7.99 price tag, but it was a large loaf. (Note: I am a bread snob that lives in San Francisco and even make Sourdough bread myself on occasion - but it is a pain in the ass.)The cashier at Pezzini Farms did say it was really good (But she said everything as good). She was not lying, I am down to our last few slices and kinda sad b/c I won't have access to it for a while again as we live a couple hours away.I made triple decker clubs and fresh tomato and mozzarella sandwiches, normally I am a "toasted" bread gal, but this was great untested for many iterations too!The slices are huge, so sliced them half for regular sized sandwiches.“
“Really tasty huge cookies and great friendly service. Cookies are almost cake like with many having frosting. $25 for 6 giant cookies/cookie sandwiches. The Snicker doodle sandwich had a cream cheese frosting filling and was probably our favorite. I really liked the Oreo like cookie sandwich too. Banana Bread cookie had a great flavor but I didn't love the texture and it could have used more frosting. The strawberry frosted cookie was very sweet and tasty. Waffle cookie was meh and seemed more gimmicky than anything. Not bad, just okay. Chocolate chip was tasty. We will be back again!“

“I ordered the butterscotch with chocolate chips and the chocolate chip/ marshmallow/gram cracker cookies. They were THE BEST cookies I have ever tasted in my life. Proceed with caution. You will want to eat them everyday! :) Is there any chance you would offer vegan options one day? I hope so!“

“Everything and I mean everything looks amazing! And it taste equally as good. I recently purchased my birthday cake here. It was a chocolate ganache and raspberry cake (~$35) and my family absolutely devoured it! Nothing was left. This place is also cash only so just something to keep in mind before going.“

“I've came here numerous times and this establishment has never failed me. The service is quick and the food comes out packing a lot of flavor. I really like to come to El Rodeo. I just have to try to get myself up early enough to try out their breakfast. The space is very nice and clean. They also have a plethora of drinks to choose from. As well as snacks in case you may want something later. This establishment has made me a loyal customer.“
“I used to go here many years ago when I lived in the area. It had been a few years since I came here, well the other day I was in the area and thought since I'm close by I think I'll stop and buy some sweet bread. I'm so glad I did. The bread was really really fresh and so so good as it used to be. Honestly it's worth the 10-15 min drive.“

Alexis completely nailed the design from the single inspiration photo I sent her, and as for the cake itself - oh my goodness! “Their cupcakes are very yummy. Soft and moist. Most of the ones I've tried aren't too sweet. The frosting can be but I just take around half of it off and I'm fine. My daughters and husband love coming here. It's a nice treat to have. Once in a while they run out but it's nice to know that you get freshly made cupcakes and nothing like the store bought ones.“
“I’ve had many experiences with Mac City- from the farmer’s market, night market, store front, etc. (all 5 stars), but yesterday was extra special. For my baby shower, my mom surprised me with my favorite macarons. She told me they even customized the macs to match the theme of the shower. I heard many guests asking about where they were from and commenting on how delicious they were! One of my friends said they'd be taking a special trip back to town just to get some for an upcoming event. My sister-in-law swiped about 4 of the cookies and cream flavor when no one was looking because they are literally that good. I saw others going back up to try multiple flavors too. It was one of the highlights of my day to have my faves for dessert! Hands down, best macarons in the area.“

“I happened to really need to buy some tamales. I read that Leal's bakery had some and so made a special trip after work to check it out. These tamales were much larger than I expected. They are perfect for lunch and the bakery makes a variety of them. I bought 10 of them and kept them in my fridge to take to work. I would be remiss to forget to tell you about the mountains of baked goods in the bakery, of course. I was surprised by the beautiful pastry fantasyland that Leal's bakery has to offer. I was blown away by variety of breads and cookies. And they also have champurado in the mornings. Yum!“

“Been here twice got the same thing both times (Belair). Just wow. Perfection delicious. Not sure why its not busy 100% of the time. First time I went theres were like 3 or 4 other customers. Today it was just me but I saw what looked like some to go bags for likely other customers. If you're looking for a delicious sandwich don't look any further. I wanted to take pics of my whole sandwich but I finished half of it before i got back to work lol. So fresh n tasty/satisfying.“
“I travel about 25-30 min (one way from San Benito county) just to get to this bakery.The bread is delicious and the service is great.. it's a small place, that is somewhat hidden (so just keep a look out when you are getting close) this place is well worth the drive from San Benito county!“
