I was pleased on the quality of the service and as well the food was beyond than I was expected!!!heads up, If you asked what the most popular item they will tell you to get what I ordered and it was delicious good!!! check this restaurant and be safe while doing some Christmas shopping like I did, wear a mask and follow procedures, take care who ever is reading this =-)“

“This Charley's location is the best! It's always super clean, the employees are so friendly and helpful, and they take pride in their work and the food they serve! Jose G is hands down, the best!!! He is the face of this store and he's the reason we go out of our way to visit this specific location! He has such great work ethic and it's apparent in everything he does! If you give this place a try, you'll see exactly what we're talking about! Wonderful people, great customer service, and delicious, fresh food, every time! This Charley's is awesome! 😁“

“If you are a Philly Cheesesteak lover this place is definitely worth it. They serve a variety of sides/fries/salads and Sandwiches.My favorite is "The Works" Cheesesteak.Freshly baked bread, tender & juicy steak sautéed with peppers, onions, mushrooms. Truly delicious.“

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CHARLEYS!!!! the food is good. but the management and the service in the Charleys cheesesteak in St Augustine Florida in the Walmart is horrible! I was overcharged by more than $4 and their signs all over the place quoting the correct price. the manager was nowhere to be found so the cashier called her and they still refused to adjust my charge. there is no way to get in touch with corporate the phone number that I did find sounded like it was in China. she said that there was no corporate phone number. I think it's very serious matter when I restaurant cannot be contacted about one of their stores and their managers.“

“I understand the topic of bad customer service these days has been beaten to death in the news and social media but this Philly’s location really took the cake.We went to pick up our phone order tonight and the young lady who charged us and handed us our bag was so unbelievably rude.My husband and I were very polite and for whatever reason got three eyerolls out of her in our 60 second transaction.We walked back in immediately because something was missing from our order and she acted like it was OUR fault. She gave it to us with an extra eyeroll before we left. We must have been inconveniencing her.Food here is fantastic, and that deserves at least 4 stars in my opinion, but I will not return to this location.“
