Fast service and good quality
This place was amazing a few years ago, not so much anymore. The staff here all look overworked and miserable (and I don't blame them for that).

Lonnie, in particular, is praised for her exceptional service, being quick, polite, and always making sure everything runs smoothly. The food is fresh, with great flavor and well-marinated meats. The menu offers a variety of options, including all-you-can-eat deals and the ability to order multiple meats and sides. Some dishes, such as the pork bulgogi and brisket, may not live up to expectations, but the beef bulgogi is a standout. The Japchae side dish is also a highlight. The only drawbacks mentioned are the occasional slow service, the need to ask for a new grill plate, and some staff like the hostess not being very friendly. Overall, Gen Korean BBQ House is a great spot for a fun and delicious meal, with awesome service and a lively atmosphere.
