Travelled from Nova Scotia, Canada recently for an event. Love hunting down good coffee and good vibes. Rented a car for the day and stumbled on Awkward Coffee. Based on the name alone I knew we had to go. Very friendly staff, great selection of specialty drinks and sweet treats. Got to sample their new strawberry cold foam while we were waiting as well 🫣 I would make the trip from Nova Scotia again just to go back and visit this shop. I had a plain latte and it was amazing. You know the coffee is good when you don't need syrups to jazz it up. Hubby is a sweet coffee person and had a seasonal ice-blended drink that he loved. They have a bunch of muffins, cookies, and other baked goods. They even have a few packaged gluten-free and gluten cookies. I had a gluten-free cinnamon one warmed up and it was yummy!
Plus the vibe is great!
Great coffee and really cool atmosphere. Will definitely be back soon !
