“So my hubby and I were coming back home from LA. I decided I was craving a Donut so was like “Babe I want Donuts” I googled up some Donut Shops along the 118. Instantly looking thru pictures on Google I was sold. Once we arrived at the Donut Shop I Knew I Was In The Right Place. The Gentlemen Who Was Their was close to closing up so we were his last customers of the night. Not only did he let us pick any Donuts as I got a 1/2 Dz (Look I couldn’t just pick one. Don’t judge!”) Lol. He was also super friendly and great customer service as well as rocking my fav baseball team (GO DODGERS). I would definitely be coming back with my hubby. We enjoyed the Donuts so much as well as the family.“

“I've had bagels here before and I think they're some of the best I've ever had. But I'm writing this review because I had an egg sandwich on serrano & cheese bagel that was sooOOoo good that I had to share. This bagel is one of their daily specials that's only available on Fridays (as of this writing). I look forward to next Friday to have another.“

“Mike at Mama Donuts decorated our donuts as a turntable for our daughter’s 50th birthday. It was a vinyl record party theme! The donuts were amazing! The decor, the taste. They fit the theme and they were scrumptious. Mike was so great! He was responsive and his customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Mama’s Donuts whenever you want donuts!“

“Since I was 4 years old in 1980, I have always believed Western Bagel to be the best bagel in the Los Angeles area (and possibly the world). But random happenstance had me doing business on this particular block of Ventura Blvd and craving a bagel at the same time. I went into Abraham bagel and ordered my favorite, the onion bagel. It is difficult to explain the experience; bagels are 80% texture. And Abraham Bagel wasn't just better than Western Bagel. It was a unique, interesting texture that I'd never experienced in a bagel before. A little bit harder than the Western, but also in this zone of perfection. This bagel that I ate forced me to re-evaluate my bagel scale. I am in awe.“

“This place charges $5 for a large orange juice but the size looks like what most Americans would classify as small/medium. I had to double check google maps to see if I was back in Hawaii again.

However, the bagels are bangin — try the all nighter. You won’t be disappointed.“

“Come early, when the bagels are fresh. If you come late in the afternoon, you'll be biting into bagels as hard as a hockey puck.“

“The young man that took our order was very nice and helpful. Food was make quickly and we ate outside. They might need more seating but we didn't have a problem. Probably because of the timing.
Food was good and bagels pretty good for the west coast.“

“I walked in to a huge line, so I started to complain but when I tried the bagel it was so worth it. The service was great! All this was amazing so I’ve been going here for 6 years here.

Vegetarian options: The workers are fine with any replacement or add on and there is quiet a few vegetarian options such as the cream cheese on cheesy jalapeño

Dietary restrictions: They have fruit and different types of bagels and cream cheese etc so it meets any dietary meals.“

“The manager is very friendly and professional. I am in a wheelchair, and some of the front desk staff ignore me. I came with my nurse. She waited in line twice and told them I needed to order, showing I was where the handicapped sign was. Both times, they ignored her and went to the next customer. When I said you sipped me, they said I have to wait in line. I did three times but they ignored my nurse. The staff also does not assist my nurse. She was sold two tiny cream cheese instead of the ones in the refrigerator. Plus i do not get a bakers dozen ever. They sell 12 but i say its 13 and they corrct me. I never have these issuss in Van Nuys. Nor when the manager assists me.“

“Had a turkey, avacado club and it wàs delicious! The side of potato salad was good too! The young man that made my sandwich took his time to make it a masterpiece!“

“I love the bagels here they’re always fresh daily and they have the MOST delicious homemade cream cheese. I just wanna climb inside and pull the lid closed. It’s so good.

They also make really nice toasted bagel and cream cheese and sandwiches.“
