I ordered extra tortillas and they forgot to put them in our bag, the lady ran out to bring it us in our car and gave us extra tortillas! Customer service like this is rare. “Outstanding drive thru experience. I left at the speaker at a McDonalds 5 minutes prior because their experience was, or should be but probably isn't, an embarrassment. With fast food now it's store to store. If management is good, if service is good then you have a fighting chance. This Jack in the Box excelled. Quick, courteous, goty order right etc. Food was fresh, hot and good. Breakfast Burrito meal. I recommend their taco sauce for it. Made all the difference. The potato cake was also hot and good. It shouldn't be so hard to find a fast food place that cares about their performance. Sadly it's FAR more common to find the disgrace of a McDonald's I left to come to this excellent Jack in the Box.
