“I have lived in this town for the last 26 years. First let me say that this is the BEST pizza -- not only because it's locally sourced where possible but also because they actually give you enough ingredients for a nutritious meal.

That is one of my major complaints about other places that serve pizza; there are places in town that do a decent business who serve pizza that is basically bread with $.25 worth of ingredients (if it's a vegetarian for example), where they take ONE mushroom and chop it into 10 slices and spread it around and a very small portion of a Green bell pepper or an onion and they spread all this around to make it look like there's a lot of food. And they don't give you much cheese. and they spread the tomato paste as if it were an expensive facial cream. You know who you are that make those kind of pizzas, and shame on you!

Vegetarian options: both vegetarian and meat and of course it's locally sourced as much as possible. The staff is friendly and I know the owner because my band played here several Times.

Parking: The parking lot probably holds 10 cars but along the side street there's a lot of parking no problem.

Kid-friendliness: they have chalk on every table that kids can draw on the table.“

“Sitting outdoors is not quite my vibe even with the misters but I absolutely love their pizza, calzones and breadsticks. The only time I was disappointed was when I missed my drumsticks which they corrected at a later date. ? I just recently tried their hamburger pizza and it was absolutely delicious!“

“Best kept secrete in Chico. I'm hesitant to write a review since I'm worried the place will become too busy. But I want them to be successful so that they stay open. Best atmosphere, quality, and value for breakfast and dinner.
You can make reservations shortly before your arrival. There is plenty of room for larger groups.
Bloody Mary, chicken and waffles, eggs Benedict are amongst the best in Chico.
They have a great happy hour menu, and the French dip and chicken sandwich is on point.
Service is always wonderful. It's my go-to spot whenever I have guests in town or to get together with friends.
Try it once, and you'll keep coming back! I could keep going on, but you get the point.“

“The people at Sin of Cortez are so amazing. The owner is there often and she is amazing. The staff is quick and very friendly. Their establishment was on Food Network for a reason! The food is impeccable, I've visited may times and I've never been disappointed. The dragon potatoes are amazing. Their fresh brewed peach tea is off the chart and their one of a kind coffee drinks are the best. We live in Redding and I take the drive out there quit often just to visit Sin of Cortez.“
