I'm from the Central Valley and today was the first time I got to Try Logan's Roadhouse. Our Server today was ASHLEY and she was awesome. Great customer service. Will definitely go back when passing through Chico.
I love it here steaks are great seafood great. Service is fast. Drinks are week tho
I have dined at this restaurant many times and have always had great service, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
Upon arrival, we had to ask a server if someone could take our order because no one had come to our table. Eventually, another staff member came over and took our order. I made one simple request, which was to have my sour cream served on the side in a separate dish, but that request was overlooked.
