“Absolutely love this place! Pan fried pork dumplings are soooo good and also the beef wrap! Honestly, i have yet to have anything bad here. Best dumpling place out here by far. Especially if you don't want to make the drive and pay the prices at DTF.“
“The food is fine. The service was not what it had been prior. What rankled was we asked for all the food to be delivered at one time (appetizers and entrees) which they didn't do, and people who came in after us were getting served before us. I'll go back, everyone has a bad day, but two bad days means not good.“
“Good option for takeout. Subpar for inside dining. Small mom/pop operation. Can be excessively oily, just ask for "little oil". Food is good and generous portions. Orange chicken very good so is Kung Pao chicken. Sweet and sour pork totally different than usual. Pork pieces are boned in super thick, rich, sweet, dark red sauce... Scrumptious!! Have also tried their hot and sour soup, which is also very good. Would definitely recommend for an evening takeout dinner.“
“Home Cooking is the best Chinese food in the Chino Hills area (since forever). The first I visited Home Cooking was 13+ years ago. It was the best and (probably) the only authentic Chinese food restaurant in Chino Hills then. There are more authentic Chinese/Cantonese/Taiwanese food restaurants opened in the area today, but Home Cooking is still the best, especially when it comes to vegetarian options. The service was excellent. It's so nice of them to offer us warm/hot water on cold days. The food was not the best in SoCal but it's one of the best in the I.E. area for sure. They don't have tons of vegetarian dishes. But it's enough for a meal for a party of 4. We had: - cucumber salad 拍黄瓜: They were able to not add sugar to this dish for us. This was not the northern Chinese-style cucumber salad which was spicy, but it was super delicious. The cucumber was fresh and crunchy. This was our favorite dish in our meal. - black mushroom with gluten 香菇面筋煲 I liked this dish a lot. This was a high-protein vegetarian dish. What's not to like? This dish will be perfect if it's more flavorful. - scallion noodle 葱油拌面 The noodles were too thick for my taste. I would like the dish more if they put more scallions with a different noodle type. - Cauliflower Griddle 干锅花菜 (vegetarian) We were so happy this was a vegetarian dish. It's not spicy enough for our taste. But this is ok since this is not a Hunan or Sichuan style Chinese food so we didn't expect spicy Chinese food here. However, this dish was a bit sweet for me.“
