What else to say other than authentically delicious! This mom and pop shop tasted like I was eating straight from their home kitchen and they knew exactly how to make it right using only fresh ingredients. The calamari was fried to tempura perfection with a crunchy surface in every bite. I have been craving to try boat noodle soup ($15.95) since I've seen it online. It is a blood-based soup so it's a dark brown but the taste is not noticeable. It comes with thin noodles, sliced beef, pork meatballs, green onions, pork rinds, Thai basil, and cilantro. They do have a Thai level of spicy and they do warn that they do not to re-makes of dishes.
I also got their pork jerky which came with a side of spicy fish sauce dip.
