“The usual as far as what you would expect from Subway and that's good! One thing outstanding about this particular location: the owner opted for paper towels in the restoom so you don't have to touch the dirty door handle to exit the restroom right before you handle your food. This has been a big pet peeve of mine even before covid....at any restaurant, but especially Subway where you eat your food with your hands! What are you other Subway owners thinking?”

“I recently placed a phone order for mini pancakes with vanilla ice cream. Upon arriving home, I noticed the ice cream was missing, prompting me to call and notify the staff. Unfortunately, the girl who answered the phone responded rudely, saying 'Yes I know' without offering an apology. I expressed my inconvenience, to which she replied 'yeah thats ok', demonstrating a lack of consideration. I was taken aback by her disrespect and poor customer service. Upon returning for the ice cream, I was informed that Itzel was the girl who had answered my call. I would like to commend the young man who demonstrated great customer service and offered sincere apologies, which was all I was seeking. I am a proud supporter of small businesses and would like to recommend that the owner train their staff to be more considerate of their customers time and needs. We all make mistakes and it's ok, but what's not ok is when you disrespect those who are supportive of your business.

“I stopped by this small Mexican restaurant, and it was such a nice surprise. It had a cozy, mom-and-pop feel, and the place was super clean. I ordered the Chilaquiles, and they were so good—the chips were crispy, and the red sauce had just the right amount of spice to give it a kick.

I also noticed they have a bakery in the back. The pastries looked amazing, and now I have a reason to come back and try them. Definitely a great little spot!”

I’m not sure if these bad reviews are talking about the same place I went, but “Mario’s Traditional Mexican Food” in Chowchilla, CA was absolutely amazing! The service, atmosphere and definitely the food were great.

We had a large party so Mario, himself, came to check on us. He made sure we had everything we needed. We wanted guacamole for our tortilla chips and he brought the ingredients to our table and showed us how he makes it and served it fresh! He took the time to speak to us which showed that it was deeper than just patronizing his business.

Mario is a great business owner, cook, server and overall all… a great person! I would recommend eating here 10/10. If I lived in Cali, this would be a weekly staple for my family.
