“The quality of these businesses is common knowledge. But I give it 4 stars because regularly at night they only have two employees and sometimes one is an apprentice. The issue here is that at night the service is slow at the drive thru, they have drive thru customers until after midnight and very early in the morning, sometimes there is a line of up to seven or eight cars and the wait is long. .....it's not the fault of two employees, there are only two at that time and sometimes one is an apprentice, I think they need one more employee at night for faster service.“

I also enjoyed their milkshakes, which are thick and creamy.Overall, I was very impressed with Jack in the Box. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. “I just want to give some feed back here at jack. I know at times it could be really hard finding that one place where you could enjoy a meal. From the moment that I walked in this place there was smiles all around and the restroom was really well kept. There was some cleaning that I had to do but that was know problem. Thank you so very much and I will be joining this location in the near future“
“This Jack in the Box is small but there are a few tables to sit at comfortably inside and outside, although lately it's been cold and windy in the evenings. They are very fast and kind. I really appreciate it when I need a quick bite to eat!“
“I had the pleasure of having a lady by the name of Miriam take care of my order. Not sure if I spelled her name right but none the less. Miriam greatest me with a smile on her face while she gracefully took my order and got it right at that. Miriam's customer service is definitely a skill that is lost. It was nice to have suck quality service in a fast food place.“

It was cooked just right. Also, you offer Military Discounts. Please keep on doing that. There's room for improvements as well. For example, you should bring the prices down lower than what they are right now. You should try to compromise some. Like, for instance, if a customer has been coming to you on or almost on a regular, at least 5 to 10 times, whether it's been in the morning, noon, or at night, or a combination of those, then on anywhere from the 5th to the 10th visit, that customer should get any order or orders of their choice for free. There should be no ifs,ands, or buts about it. It doesn't matter what your order is . If they are currently serving in the Armed Forces, which is the Active Duty,the Reservists, and the Retired Veterans and their families, then their fadd²“
“A few days ago I was there with a couple of my special ed kids and someone named Claudia Was very helpful. She was very patient and brought us our food to the table and took extra care bagging our leftovers when we’re leaving. Everything was clean in the store, it was specially nice detail that there was flowers on the table. Definitely will be coming back“

“They allowed me to stay for a long time even though I was only able to make a fairly small purchase. Although I am a more than frequent customer of the franchise, today I found myself unable to consume much at the branch, and at the same time I needed a space to freshen up, rest, and use the bathroom and internet. I was able to do everything I needed and was treated humanely, something I appreciate and have not been able to see in similar cases involving the homeless population and various businesses and government entities in San Ysidro/San Diego.“
