I would like to give Marcus a shout out for turning my frown upside down!! My app wasn't working this morning to order my morning coffee, and I got moody because my dogs were in the car! I don't went inside to order my coffee at the kiosk and Marcus already busy cleaning and making the place spotless!! After I order m my coffee he asked me if I was ready to order. This place messes up orders way too much. All they have to do is listen carefully, but they just can't seem to do it. A disappointment too frequently. I already reduced my visits here in half when they increased their prices, now I'm making it a point to go here even less. Higher prices, lower quality service. I'm getting very tired of the wrong soup, the wrong sandwich, stale bread, and "automatic baguette" even when I asked for chips.
