“I have been here several times by myself, today was the first time that I took one of my Asian friends the true test. I am glad to say that I was correct this place is above average in food quality and just below perfect in customer service. I definitely would recommend Pho Viet. They were definitely observing social distance procedures, and it didn't effect the great customer service.“

“Recently found this wonderful place on a recommendation of a new friend. We live in Granite Bay, so don't get over to this area often, but will make it a trip worthwhile from here on out. The owners are a delight, kind, friendly, attentive and serve some of the best Vietnamese dishes we have had.

“I come from the Bay Area and that pho is tough to beat. On this side of California though this is the place to beat. Friendly staff and great pho with all the ingredients and more to go with it right on the table. Wish they would open one up in Rocklin. They would be king there.“

“Friday, 10/25/2024 - Tried "Pho Viet Anh" for dinner for the 1st time. Address is 9529 Folsom Blvd A, Sacramento, CA 95827. They have a nice medium parking lot. We found parking right away. Domino's Pizza is in the front of the building and they are towards the back. Upon arrival....
Pros
1) There was no wait. We seated ourself.
2) the waiter was very nice and patient with us. He let us review the online menu.
3) they didn't provide any hard copy menu. You have to scan the QR code for the menu. It's located on the table.
4) we got the strawberry Lemonade drink ($5.00). It was very tart. A little hard to drink. But we dranked it.
5) We got the large combo pho ($17.00) with the greens on the side. The broth was good. We didn't need to put any of the sauce condiments into the pho broth. We just ate it as is.
6) we got the chicken viet sandwich ($10.20). Sandwich was really good. But watch out. The jalapeño is super spicey. We removed a few jalapeño and the made it less spicey.
7) water tasted good. No funky or metal taste.
8) clean. Our table, chairs, utensils plates, bowls, cups looked clean.
9) they did check on our table to make sure all was good and if we needed anything else.
Cons
1) the menu is small. not much to choose from. But it makes it easier to pick something to eat.
Conclusion
We liked this restaurant. Customer service was great. Food menu is small, but perfect. Made it easier to pick something quickly. Pho was delicious. Chicken viet sandwich was great. Parking was easy. We didn't have any wait time. We'd go here again.“

“Been supporting this place most of my teens and college years, I recommend this place to anyone looking for a lot of variety such as , pho , Banh Mi , snacks , drinks and anyone looking for ready to go food. Come early sometimes lines can be long. Expect delays too , sometimes they are short staff and get help from security which really is a great help to them.“

“I want to love this place but I have been three times in the last month 5/8/24 and the chicken was so chewy one time I actually broke one of my molars.I don't speak up because I don't want to be a problem.What is so hard... besides the chewy @$$ chicken... is thats one of those three times the chicken was absolutely delicious!“

wish we'd tried it much sooner.
with prices going up everywhere, it's amazing how affordable this restaurant still is. everything we ordered came out piping hot- very fresh and very tasty. the portion sizes here are great.
appetizer + 2 entrees + drink was $40 +tip. we both had leftovers for lunch today. it's literally cheaper to eat here than fast food joints nowadays, and the food is so much better and better for you (depending on what you order of course).
needless to say we'll be coming back here frequently.“

“Small family owned joint, 16 bucks for a Large combo so pretty average nowadays for pho. The large here is huge compared to some places. Could use more protein (besides tripe, theres no shortage of that LOL). Broth doesnt need a bunch of sauce to make it flavourful, its good on its own. Id give it a 4.5 sheckle stars“

“Very nice and polite staff, very tasty food. I took number 65a and beef stew, as well as bananas with ice cream. Each dish was very tasty, it was really the most delicious soup I've ever eaten. “We love coming to this pho spot! Every time we visit, we’re seated quickly, and the staff is always on top of things. Service is fast and attentive, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. “I go here about once every two weeks . I love the food or just for the shake with the boba . I recommend this restaurant to neighbors who live in the neighborhood and bring people from out of the state when visiting . The atmosphere and cleanliness is impeccable . The receptionist / waitress has got to be the most unfriendliness person I have ever met in my 84 yrs of life . It is impossible to even get a friendly smile let alone words or a “thank You” . It is a big turn off. I have neighbors who will not go there because of her. It is hard to ignore .“

“Just flew back into California to visit some family and i used to come here all the time! Food is always been the best Asian food in the area, They don't have the avocado Rangoon's anymore but everything else is still great! However, I always feel thirsty and sleepy after eating here.
They give fewer vegetables compared to other pho places, and the prices are on the higher side.
Still, if taste is all that matters to you, this is a pho restaurant worth trying.
Vegetarian options: Almost every dish contains meat. However, if you ask them to leave out the meat, it can become a wonderful vegetarian dish.
Dietary restrictions: If you ask for extra vegetables and reduce the portion size, it can become a great diet-friendly meal.
Parking: It's a shared free parking lot used by multiple stores, but the spots in front of the restaurant are almost always full. However, there are parking spaces available a short walk away.“
