Really good mini Filipino empanadas. The fillings are very tasty and compliments the crispy pie shell. The bibingkas are good too especially the ube. They give me a free empanada though it was a mistake from me. It’s a nice and sweet gesture from them. I’m coming back!
I recently ordered from Josephine’s Special Empanadas and was thoroughly impressed. I tried a half dozen beef and a half dozen mushroom empanadas, and both were fantastic. The beef was perfectly seasoned, and the mushroom filling had a rich, savory flavor. The crust was golden and flaky, adding a perfect balance to the fillings. I also ordered the lumpia, which was crispy and delicious, with a great mix of flavors. Overall, the food was fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend...
This Industry location has a greater selection of empanadas than the West Covina location. Compared to another empanada spot I went to recently, I like how these are more "bite-sized" empanadas and still super filling.
