Today we had my daughter's Bridal Shower at La Veranda. It was held in the back room and it was phenomenal!!! The food, the service, the whole experience was 1st rate. Thank you to Hugo and the entire staff that made us feel welcome and most of all, made my daughter feel like there was no one else in the world today that mattered more than her. Thank you, Thank You, Thank you!!!
Wellll first of all we were there for 45 minutes in a private room and not one person came in and asked us if we wanted a drink or anything! We got there at 1:00 pm No bread either! Then after that we waited for an another 1/2 hour before we got our food and bread! I asked for bread earlier...there was a waiter who was not very personable even seemed crabby! No cheese for my soup and never brought my wine so when I asked him he seemed irritated. They definitely needed more help!...read full review
