“This was one were I expected to give out a 5 score based on other reviews and the fact that it appeared to stay open a bit later to relax and enjoy a glass. However, wine tasting flights are only available indoors and you have to buy a glass or bottle to enjoy their lovely patio grounds. The wine was quite good and the staff reasonably well informed though. I have to give a shout out to Kelly who spotted us dining at Pietro's the next night and came up to say hi and ask us how our visit was going.“

“Amazing wine I'm a industry insider in retail and I've tried thousands of different wines. this is one of the few flights that every single wine was spectacular. Service is phenomenal. And the area out side is super friendly to dogs.“
“Old world style elegant and nuanced wines in Lodi !! I did not know that till I met John and Lisa at Prie this weekend.They grow/source a number of European grape varietals like Dornfelder (Germany), Teroldego (Italy), Alicante Bouschet (Spain) besides the staples of Lodi area like Syrah, Barbera, Zin. What makes the wines very special is the philosophy of wine making - minimalist. The wines are not bold or jammy. They are subtle, balanced and complex.John and Lisa are also wonderful and kind human beings who care a lot about the world. I got to know them in a leisurely chat on a warm afternoon. The tasting area is a a calm soothing place, just to have such conversations with friends and family while sipping some vino.Highly recommend if you love old world style wines.“

“Stopped for lunch a couple weeks ago. It was our first time dining at the Grateful Gypsy Bistro. I had the fresh pasta with bolognese, Hubby had a burger. We both were beyond impressed. My Bolognese was delicious! Best I’ve ever had from a restaurant. Imo- better than the one at Pasta Moon! Hubby’s burger was equally delicious… Food was amazing! Portions were plentiful. We will definitely be back!“

If it’s your first time, be sure to do a tasting of their red wines or just grab a glass of the superb Old Ghost. Great wine, professional staff, and a convivial environment… I’ll definitely be coming back here.“

“OMFG! LITERALLY the best little family run produce & bakery shop, I'VE EVER BEEN TO! TRY THE PIES, TRY THE POT PIES, TRY HE SANDWICHES, EAT EVERYTHING!! The owner and his son are so kind! I believe the owners wife was the lady inside the bakery, she was extremely helpful!! BY FAR THE MOST COMPASSIONATE FAMILY (besides my own, of course) I've met in a long time!!“
