“Although I literally live all the way on the other side of town, I drive quite a distance to this particular Subway (Herndon and Willow). Yes, there are so many other, more-convenient, closer Subways; however, this is the ONLY Subway I visit. Here's why:
1) They never ever give me grief or issues about Subway coupons, always gladly accepting them. In fact, there have been times when they were kind enough to allow me to use two coupons at once. Other Subways are hit or miss, whereby they either refused to take the coupons or won't even allow me to swipe my rewards card.
2) I love, love, love extra onions on my Subway sandwiches--while other Subway restaurants almost feels like they count every single onion that they put on my sandwiches -- good grief! But this Subway always treats me with respect and allows me to get extra onions without giving me a hard time.
3) The majority of the employees that have provided me with service at this particular Subway have been decent. But every time I've interacted with Nick, his sandwiches have been perfect and so yummy; and his professional, friendly service has been nothing but exemplary. Kudos to Nick!

“I go to this particular Subway because the food is always fresh and it tastes very good. The staff has always been friendly and very accommodating to my specific orders. Also, they ACTUALLY TAKE the coupon that's in the local mailer which is why I go here instead of the Subway that's on the S/E corner of Ashlan and Fowler Aves which is closer, but DOESN'T take the coupon.
