“The service was great, everyone there was friendly & attentive, the food was freshly made & tasted delicious, and the restrooms were clean & spacious. I got the sourdough burger & a single pattie classic California burger. Really tasty, plenty of sauce, and filling portions.

I gave the atmosphere reduced stars even though I believe this was a one-time experience that can easily be fixed. There was a strong urine odor at the doors that somehow made its way into the dinning area, which was not pleasant. I ate in my car to avoid the odor. Im not sure if drunk or unsheltered folks use their doorway as a urinal during off hours; it's probably something the workers dont have much control over, but a good power washing should take care of it.

Aside from that, this location is a good spot to stop as you travel along the I-5.“

“Unexpectedly good stop on a stormy road trip

Driving from Elk Grove to LA today with super unstable weather — heavy rain one moment, sunshine the next.
Stopped by Taco Bell about halfway through the drive, and honestly… it hit the spot.

It was very windy with a bit of rain outside, but once inside, the food tasted surprisingly good.
Warm tacos, crunchy shells, cheesy items, and even the Cinnamon Twists felt extra comforting during a long drive.

Sometimes it’s not about fancy food — it’s about the right food at the right moment.
Perfect quick stop for road trips 🚗🌮“

“Food was really good and fresh. I got the roasted veggies and frankly thought they tasted better and fresher than the fajita veggies I usually get at Chipotle. The lady who took my order was very nice and friendly. She took my order quickly and made everything quickly as well. Not a ding on Baja Fresh itself, but the bathrooms and atmosphere here aren't amazing. They're decently clean, but it does feel a bit depressing (though of course this is at a rest stop). I thought the price was reasonable (got a burrito, bowl, and chips/guac for $30). The burrito was filled very generously, and there's a salsa bar where you can get as much salsa as you'd like.“

“I go to subway frequently. I say the cleanliness fair. Ive never gotten stale bread. They do lack on my favorite watermelon drink though. Their's one guy in particular there.! Not sure what his name is, he's super tall, almost as high as the menu board. He's costumer service and vibe is great.! He makes his sandwiches with love. Never sloppy never seen him argue with a costumer, always patient. I've let others cut in front of my family and myself just so he can make our sandwiches.!“
