“5 stars for a Carl's Jr? Hear me out...Wandered in there because it had been a long time since I'd been to a Carl's, and I remembered liking the old "Western Crispy Chicken" sandwich (crispy chicken, cheese, bacon, onion rings and bbq sauce). Went inside, scanned the menu, and couldn't find it. So I asked the woman behind the register if they still had it. She said no, but then immediately offered to make one up for me! Special order. She did, brought it out to me, and it was delicious (just like I remembered). Wish I got her name, but she was super friendly and helpful. (Around 12:15pm on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.)“

I barely had to wait a few minutes before my food was ready. The employees were super chill and welcoming, making sure I was good. It's great to see such efficient and courteous service.
