“This place is friggin amazing!!!! I liked Homie Joe's, but this place is even better! They've got great food, a salsa bar and friendly employees.Parking: Usually, parking is not an issue. But last night, I'd have had to walk from the gas station if someone wasn't leaving when I got there. The food is worth it, though!“

“This eatery is more than a bakery. We found it on yelp today and tried it for the first time. We ordered the chicken enchalada and fish taco meals. Both were very delicious and serving size was huge. I wanted to keep eating even when my belly was full! It comes with a basket of crispy tortilla chips, 1 red and 1 green sauce, a salad, Mexican rice, refried beans that stayed nice and hot in a perfect way thru the meal. The place is so cute, very clean and welcoming. Service is great and friendly. I wish we had discovered Cafe Rico sooner. It is now our new go-to for a wonderful and delicious Mexican meal. We highly recommend it. You will leave well fed and happy, happy!“

“I tried the tacos. $3 each. Good price. Garnished with radish and carrot and some type of cooked pepper. came with the standard cilantro onion and hot sauce. The only thing striking me as odd, i asked about Asada and the guy said beef? sure we have meat from the cows head and neck, also tongue. I assumed chopped up steak? ok. I survived it! 4 tacos and a bottle of water. Cheers!“

“This is the best Mexican restaurant in Grass valley. It is also the most affordable and gives you the most delicious food for them your money. We have tried everywhere and this one wins. The fish tacos are amazing and large. I can only eat one. The smothered burritos are huge. The salsas are amazing. The chips are free. You order at the counter and by the time you get seated with some chips and salsa, your meal arrives. No waiting around. The staff is friendly and efficient. Must try.“

“Loved the Thirsty Barrel! Highly recommend the truffle fries. They were seasonsed just right. Loved that they had vegan options as well, rare for a brewery! Our dog really loved the doggy patty too!!The wait time was long, but it was a Saturday night and we had a pup so we needed the patio. They could definitely fit more tables out there, in my opinion. That being said, they set us up at a makeshift bar spot because we had a long drive home, which was very nice of them!“
