Dropped in for Breakfast before rafting. Raining at camp so we came in to dry off and get some food. The Coloma Club is a diner with a ton of character in a remarkably rural spot between Auburn and Placerville in the foothills just outside of Sacramento. Stopped in awhile back and both of us enjoyed our meals. I had pork chops and they were yummy. Guest had the liver and onions and raved over it. I tried it and agreed. Next time I tried the chicken fried steak, guest again got the liver and onions which again I had to taste. Now we both are craving the liver and onions, but myself I have got to get that chicken fried steak again. We were just there this morning. The waitress was exceptional. Very nice. We had the Chicken Fried Steak and eggs. Absolutely delicious. My husband had a ham and cheese omelet and he said it was the best he's had in quite sometime. So thankyou so very much, we will be back soon.
