“This was our first time eating in this place. Unfortunately, we came when the AC was not working and they only have a portable swamp cooler blowing in the dining room. It was very hot, so we sat downwind from it so it was tolerable in there. As far as the food, it was very good and when we're in the area again, we will eat there again. Customer service was excellent, the only negative with the employee who brought us our food we could not understand what he was saying, his accent was very strong but was friendly even with the language gap. Everything was fresh and you could taste the freshness of the food and the potatoe bun set off the burger, very good and fresh. I would give this place 5 stars but the AC not working knocked it down.“

“I ordered the LA hotdog and it was great. It came with onion rings. I was confused at first on where to pick up my order because I ordered online but when I went to pick it up, there are no signs on where to pick up. Luckily, the person manning the front door was very helpful. They were able to bring the food to me because I had my dog with me and they don’t allow dogs inside.“

“I was a district manager for over a decade in a very similar competitors Restaurant. I have never seen a restaurant so clean inside and out. I have been to this location in San Bernardino off of Mill Street and I have never once seen even a baseboard dirty or crumbs in any corner or any (Lights Out) or any roof tiles missing or damage damaged. This place is 100% clean 100% of the time and I applaud the management.“

“Christian at store 27 is excellent we come from Redlands because he provides amazing service and makes the best ice cream cones, having a disability & being suicidal it feels good to have someone be nice to you and provide amazing customer service especially to those with severe brain injuries like myself and disabilities, he definitely deserves to be in a higher position and recognized for his daily achievements at this company while bringing customers back and making us happy and not letting his life pains get in the way like most people do he focus on the customers happiness & he is amazing i absolutely adore him thanks for making our days happy Christian while going through a health battle.

From what I can tell it seems that currently they only have one employee there so it does take time if there are customers ahead of you. I personally think it is worth the wait.
