“This is my first time in this store in a long time and it was completely remodel with new seating that gave off a nice atmosphere and the team are all very helpful especially Asa. He took my order and answered all my question in a professional manner and show genuine care in my questions and helping me in anyway during my visit. I’ll will be back again.“

It is a shame to have stores because of location of neighborhood treat you differently when you walk through the door. The store was personable respectful and gracious to me and being a disabled vet I really enjoyed that“
“When I went there I wasn't sure about what I wanted. The barista immediately asked questions as far as my interests and suggested the cortado. It was a great job promoting a new product. The staff here are great and the drinks are delicious.“
“I used to work for Starbucks back in 2004 as a part-time barista when things were different. Like other corporations they change their customer service policy from time to time.
I used to visit once a day at least but lately have been visiting less often. My goal is just to visit once a month and spend less money on outside the home food and drink and more on groceries. I don't know when I'll reach my goal but my God, Jehovah, does.
It is best to grow your own food the veganic way in this imperfect world that we live in. Vegan produce growing is safer than organic growing which is safer than conventional growing. The best food and drink is produced by holy spirit and is free of money cost.
I like most of the food and drink here and love the new free refill policy as they used to charge me 50 cents or $1.10 depending on what kind of refill I ordered. Starbucks gives free refills now as of April 2025 or so.
Service is hit or miss here. Few of the employees bother to greet me by name but this is a big store with many employees and I don't know most of them by name either.
It seems like half the time they get my orders wrong so I wait twice as long for the correct drink. Most of them do try to keep the bathrooms clean as I have seen them clean and restock bathroom supplies.
I don't always like the music they play here as I'm not a rap or hip-hop fan but I recognize that other Starbucks customers may like those music categories. You can't please everyone all the time but you can please some people some of the time.
I know at least one of Jehovah's Witnesses who refuses to spend money on Starbucks products because of their mermaid/siren logo and maybe one day I'll imitate her.“

Parking: I have a few medical issues & it's been very easy to park & no problems getting into the store!!“
