“Amazing spot!!! The salads are unique and tasty. Not like your traditional salads. They offer fun and healthy ingredients. I highly recommend the Barrenjoey Salad. So much flavor!!! They also have vegetarian options and they also serve poke.

Also, service was great and the kitchen is clean. You can actually see the kitchen through the window.“

The vibe is modern corporate chic, but not sterile—high ceilings, lots of natural light, sleek wood tones, and enough space between tables that you’re not forced into an accidental team meeting with the stranger next to you.

Food-wise, it’s solid and consistent. This isn’t Michelin-star dining, but it’s not trying to be. The menu rotates, the ingredients are fresh, and there’s a real effort to accommodate different dietary preferences without making it feel like an afterthought. “Tried the new Summer Bowl and honestly really liked it. The flavors were fresh and balanced, not too heavy or over-seasoned, and the temperature of the ingredients was just right. I actually liked the food more than CAVA. It felt cleaner and easier to eat.

The service was the weak point. No one greeted me when I walked in, and the team seemed to be chatting with each other. I also had to ask before anyone helped me with my pickup order. CAVA feels a lot more welcoming on that side.

Kind of a bummer because the food was great. If the service felt a little more attentive, I’d probably come here a lot more often.“

“Very good place for a quick healthy bite. Obviously, one needs to choose the healthier options and stay away from the Magic Sauce (Sugar) and other options that make the meal unhealthy. I usually ask for the all white chicken, which is healthier and has more protein than the regular chicken. Flame Broiler is on my weekly fast food rotation, and I appreciate the taste and satisfactory feeling after the meal. Definitely recommend it to everyone.“
