This Starbucks Coffee Company is a quiet oasis in the busy end of Concord. The staff are efficient, polite, and professional, with a cheerful attitude. The cafe offers a choice of other coffee stores but is a good spot for a staple latte. The drink was expensive but delicious. However, the store itself is not the best; there were at least 8 flies flying all over, and it was not very clean, with a very dirty bathroom. There was also a loud exchange regarding buying something before using the restroom. This location is straight to the point, no-nonsense, and service-oriented. The experienced baristas are solid, and the drink output and consistency get customers out the door quickly, sometimes even faster than a drive-thru. It is not a location for amenities or lingering, but for a fast, consistent experience.
