It's a franchise so the quality is pretty standard like McDonald's and all the others. The food is good quality portions are okay could be a little more but you get your money's worth.
Worst customer service ever. Then to top off the bad service, they always always ask if I want to round up my purchase to help (insert charity here) so they can use my donation to give them a tax break. I'll pay my own charities and take the tax breaks... thanks.The reviews are pretty clear. Don't Go To This Panda Express!
