Came here 8:30. July 28th. Only one person working. 4 people are sitting down when I came in the store. no one in line. Asked about my mobile order, and it wasn’t ready. Sat down patiently. It’s now 8:50. And my order hasn’t even been started yet, the employee working did other peoples order who came in after I did. I had to ask about my order again for her to work on the order. Today Monday 23,2026 I’ve been living in Horse thief, Canyon for18 years. Been going to subway for at least that long today was the worst service ever. I was planning on buying my WORK crew sandwiches today for lunch which includes 13 employees. I went in this morning around 11:25 never was acknowledge that I was there.
