Very confusing. Came here to pick up an Uber Eats order and was led to a gate with people in uniform. So it is now obvious this is a naval base and does not allow civilians to enter. I mentioned that Uber eats gave me an order to pick up at Jack in the Box and he said they were closed today. He looked at his buddy to confirm and he said they were closed today as well. Over thanksgiving they were supposed to close at 2 everyday. Well the doors were locked at 1:30 one day and 1:15 the next and 12:30 the next. They never follow hours. They close whenever they feel like it. On Tuesday the 30th (today) at 3:40 they were closed for a “30 min employee break”. It’s been 45 minutes and they still aren’t back. Last time I ate here they got my order wrong and told them the next day and did nothing this time I ordered the teriyaki bowl and it's looks like someone ate half of it already. Bowl was barely half filled. I asked why the portion was smaller than normal and the manager explained that's the way it comes, when it's usually a good size portion. 15 minutes later..... just ate the rice and it was hard as plastic on the upside the egg was delicious like always.
