I had an amazing experience at Salty Horse! It’s definitely a must-visit spot in Irvine if you're looking for a high-quality brunch.

Wow, can’t believe I hadn’t been here yet. The poke bowl was phenomenal, coffee was also extremely good, the custom lemonade I ordered with blueberry syrup and mint was so nice and refreshing. 10/10 recommend this place. Not to mention the decor inside plus outdoor ambience and landscape decoration is so on point! Very very good ambience. Tiny benches outside though 😅 but so so cute! I will 100% be back.

I've logged every burrito I've eaten for the past four years. This place's Cali Burrito was my #1 burrito of 2025. Their food is excellently flavorful and fills the craving for savory meals. Entrees are curated beautifully. Desserts options are solid. The coffees hit the spot! They got their vibe and aesthetics on lock down too. It's a very warm and cozy atmosphere. It is a great place to meet up for lunch or brunch, with plenty of outdoor seating. The food is highly recommended and described as so good, amazing, and phenomenal. Specific menu highlights include the vegan girl wrap, acai bowls, smoothies, chai latte, Cali Burrito, bacon egg avocado sandwich, breakfast burritos, burgers, and salad. The coffee, matcha, and drinks are also great, though some note the coffees are small and prices can be expensive, with an entree costing around sixteen dollars and a latte around eight. It is a popular and unique hidden place, so the line to order can be long, but it is well worth the wait. Service expectations should be in line with a coffee shop. Overall, it is a hit or miss for some, but many find it has great food and a great atmosphere.
