Food is just "ok". Waitress was attentive and pleasant. The place is clean and bright although a little bit outdated. The kicker is the extra service charge. Which was almost $9.00. When I questioned it the waitress said "I only work here". For 2 people it was $97.00. We didn't eat that much but what we did eat was pricey. Now I know why the place was nearly empty. Also it's located in a somewhat "shady" area with a few undesirables roaming aimlessly through the parking lot.
We had not dined here in a few years . Want for their Chicken Chow Mein, still really good. Their fried rice was awful . Really disappointed. $2.00 each for hot tea and a surcharge . Will not be returning .

The food tastes better than I expected. Everything was really good chicken chow mein the sweet-and-sour pork, the paper chicken and the rice. All very good. Good service, but it's a little quiet in here.
