“MANAGER MUST READ!!!For a little background, I have worked in the food industry for over ten years and I was picking up an order for my birthday.Not only did I have to call and change my pick up time but the service worker who answered was more than helpful. They even told me what numbers to push to bypass the automotive answering system to get directly transferred to my store quicker. Which is amazing as the automotive service is lengthy to listen to.BUT IT GETS BETTER!When I arrived to pick up my order, I explained that I live far away and asked if I could get the pizzas wrapped in foil or something to keep them hot longer. They plastic wrapped my order! I was so happy that they went above and beyond for me to make my order special and as fresh as possible when I got home. And they didn't even know it was my birthday! The women who helped me was named Enhelica (like Angelica). She was wonderful and defiantly deserves recognition from her superiors! Amazing customer service, really made my birthday great!“
