“I don't understand why this place always seems so empty when I go there. The pizzas are pretty darn good, and the salad bar has everything. The guy at the counter has always been very nice to me. The only reason I didn't do a five-star is the salad bar stuff gets left out too long sometimes, but that would be fixed if more people would discover it.
... oh yeah, there are 3 pizza places in one short stretch. That makes it hard for everybody.

“Cuz the service is outstanding however there product my boyfriend and I both got two slices of pizza each and it was 1621 a little sip but I got to stand with today's economy I think it's a little pricey but customer service is not that bad it's good. I'd have this over Little Caesars any day. And even probably Domino's you better for sure but pricier for sure.

“Mountain Mike's Pizza is the new place in town, they opened the beginning of August 2023. The pizza was good, and so were the wings. We tried the stingin honey garlic, very tasty, with a bit of kick. They also have garlic knots, with mozzarella in the middle, which weren't on the menu, but the attendant told us about them. They were able to customize our pizza half and half, no problem. Staff was very friendly and helpful, they checked in on us several times at the table. There is a small selection of video games, claw grabbers, and foosball tables. The downside is that you have to grab an app to use any of them, no coin slots. It's not the end of the world, but when you just spent a minute collecting your quarters, it was a setback. There is a small assortment of beers and ciders in cans and bottles, with tap beers to be available soon. Lots of tvs around to catch a game.“

“For the price it's pretty good. The regular pizza, is too thick for my liking so it doesn't get cooked long enough for my preference. I'll either toss it in the oven at home, OR I'll order the thin crust, but then that's a 10 minute wait. So either way I gotta wait, haha. Overall though, delicious cheap pizza“

“My wife really enjoys pizza from Smug's and says it is the best. I am usually not a big pizza fan so I feel it's pretty much the same as any other pizza. It's a takeout place so don't plan on eating in. The service is very quick and friendly though. We usually get the herbivore pizza.“

“APD has probably the best pizza in the Arcata/Eureka area, but check your pizza. I come and get a pizza here probably twice a month. I always order the same thing, half just cheese, half pepperoni and jalapeño, and more than half the time it comes out half pepperoni, half jalapeño. Then I have to wait for them to remake it. Not sure why that happens so often. But great pizza. Just be sure to check it.“
