This is in the Westfield Mall. The food court ambience is excellent. As for the food at Mongrill, it is not bad. It's pretty standard for Mongolian BBQ. Price is decent. Service is good and they are pretty quick.
The staff here were friendly and went really above and beyond in their service. We informed the cashier that we were vegan and didn't want any fish sauces added to our food and he offered to have the cook clean their grill prior to putting our food on. It's stuff like that that makes a difference in your experience, ya know? I wouldn't have asked for them to do that since there was a line of 4 people behind us but he insisted. The food is always delicious, but I gotta say it is definitely not sanitary whatsoever. For one, the grill is dirty or seems dirty and the cook always adds a ton of sauce. The portions are very generous.
