The hours don't match the mobile app which says 24 hours. I placed an order, but the dining room was closed and the drive-thru full and extremely slow. I couldn't get the order which should have been quick so I'll have to complain to the corporate office to get the charge reversed, or have my credit card issuer do it.May 29, 2019: I never received a response from Wendy's, so I deleted the app and had Capital One reverse the charge.March 17, 2022: the app works well now (most...read full review

Very unprofessional staff. Went there today (11/4/23) around 125pm and stood at the register for about 2 minutes waiting for help. During this time, you can see the staff all playing and joking amongst themselves (manager included). Once my order was taken, approximately 7 minutes later, the order came out, and it was wrong. Too much horse playing and not enough focus on the important things (the customer)! Will not be going back to this location and the manager needs to be retrained...read full review

I don't go to Wendy's alot but now I may go more often. I really like their baked potatoes with sour cream, butter, chives or cheese and bacon.For $4 including tax it's close to a full meal and very tasty.The seating area is nice and roomy. Service was ok but one time the guy forgot the Frosty I paid for but was professional and apologized. Recommended.
