Raspberry Blossom & Harmony cakes:
🆗️Raspberry Blossom, it's basically made of : Almond flour cake (almond financier), Raspberry fruit sauce (raspberry compote), Purée (crémeux), & Mousse.
The raspberry taste is tart and sweet, suitable on a warm day. The texture is soft and nice.
However, do not transport it too far, because the two cute white chocolate flowers do fall off from the cake, once they fell off, they can't be fixed.
