HiroNori Craft Ramen is a popular restaurant known for its excellent tonkotsu ramen and thick noodles. The ramen is rich and flavorful, with tender chashu, deep broth, and great texture in the noodles. Their water tasted of lemon/like which is always refreshing on a hot day. The tonkatsu was good. The broth was flavorful and the noodles were cooked just right. The chicken karage definitely needs the dipping sauce for flavor. The prices are on average for the Bay. The service was quick and efficient. The service was good. The food was amazing 10/10. Super clean inside as well - very well maintained. The tables are spread out so you're literally not almost sitting on a random strangers lap. The interior can be quite loud, and seating consists of stools with no backs, which may be less comfortable for some diners. Good luck finding parking and waiting in the long line.
