Masala BBQ & Curries

This place changed management and cuisine more times than I changed pajamas during the pandemic! Hope Masala lasts longer. We got to try their catering an event. So it was all buffet and mass quantities. Most of them were quite good especially the veg briyani, mix veg curry, and okra. But the fish pakora was soft and soggy and a little too salty. Look forward to trying their regular menu and seeing how they set up the place for regular dining.

We wanted to try a new restaurant in Cupertino and my wife suggested this place. It wasn't very crowded and there were plenty of outdoor, enclosed patio and indoor seating options available. The staff was just one person but she did a great, efficient job taking our order by menu number. We had butter chicken, and saag paneer with garlic naan...very standard for us. I hosted my college graduation dinner for 30-40 people here, and had the best experience! I had family flying in from all over the country for my graduation ceremony, and wanted to give our travelers a prim & proper dining experience that was not too complicated for us to manage logistically. As someone who's very particular about her Pakistani food, the food definitely lived up to our expectations and was delicious.
