We had such a great experience at XLB Kitchen in Cupertino! The soup dumplings were the star—perfectly delicate skin with flavorful broth inside, very filling. The fried rice was packed with tender meat and vegetables, very flavorful, wow! The tender Mongolian beef had just the right balance of spice and savory flavor. Everything came out fresh and hot, and the portions were generous.

Quick lunch. The soup filled dumplings were delicious and exceeded my expectations. Fried chicken wings were good. Service was efficient and hot tea was immediately brought to our table.
