After having lunch around the area, I stumbled upon this cute little bakery off the La Loma market. They have interesting Mexican and Latin American desserts. We got:Alfajores $2.50 DULCE DE LECHE SANDWICH COOKIESand a big hearty slice of Churro cheesecake for $3.50 Both of these desserts were new to me and oh lord were my tastebuds happy! I went to the market next door and saw this place open and went in to check it out. A young lady helped me out she was really nice. I ended up grabbing a pineapple raspado and a churro cheesecake both were delicious the cheesecake was very flavorful. Definitely coming back.
Walked by this spot and saw their Grand Opening sign. Looks like they're just starting out like still in the process of finishing decor, seating and things like that. Ordered the mangonada (delicious!) but they also had shaved ice, desserts, fresh juice, bagels, fresh fruits and other snack items. There was one girl serving the counter.
