Basquia Bakery Reviews
There are wheat items on the menu, which has been increasing in occurrence, so I am concerned about the gluten free cross contamination. So far I have not had any bad reaction as someone highly sensitive to gluten. The food is very delicious, im obsessed with their salmon sandwich, so tangy and a little spicy. I love the staff too, very sweet and caring.
The bulgogi sandwich was amazing and the matcha buttercream is delish! Red bean bun is pretty good too
I just discovered my favorite place for matcha lattes!!

Basquia Bakery is a clean and neat bakery known for its delicious baked goods and friendly staff. The menu features wheat items, including some gluten-free options made with rice flour, though customers express concern about cross contamination due to increasing wheat products. Despite this, many have not experienced reactions and enjoy the food safely. The bakery's standout items include 술빵 and red bean bread, which are highly praised. Their salmon sandwich is a favorite, described as tangy and slightly spicy, and their bakery items like the mango cake are well-loved, especially for special occasions. The mango cake is light, airy, and perfect for sharing, with a refreshing taste that everyone enjoys. Beverages such as the strawberry banana smoothie and Dubai desert are also popular, with the Ube cold foam cold brew being notably strong and not overly sweet. Some customers mention trying unique items like the Dubai chewy cookie, though it is expensive, and find certain pastries like the sulpang chewy texture less appealing. The staff, including Lena, are bright, helpful, and patient, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, Basquia Bakery offers fresh, tasty baked goods and a pleasant experience, especially on quieter days from Monday to Thursday.
