Excellent food. Excellent service.
Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina at the hotel was a really great experience. The menu has a lot of variety, which made it easy for us to find something we liked. They have an extensive wine list, and they even make cocktails right at the table. My wife ordered the smoked Old Fashioned, and it was cool to watch them prepare it tableside.For dinner, we both got steaks that were cooked perfectly and had excellent flavor.
