If someone accidentally forgets to order almond milk instead of cow's milk in their large drink, and then they offered to buy a whole new one to replace it, you don't have to give them a discount, but it would be nice. But... the most important thing that you should avoid doing is charging them for a large drink, not giving them a receipt on said second drink, then only giving them a small drink. The bagels are some of the best I have had on the west coast. Staff is friendly, fast and the food is fantastic. Best breakfast in Dana Point. The view tops it off. Missing my morning walk and the breakfast at Coffee Importers since returning home.
